With the rebirth of TVR I wouldn’t be surprised to see prices for old ones start to strengthen, which isn’t a bad thing. This one is in a lovely spec and looks quite classy – which isn’t something you’d really expect of a TVR. Its listed for £12,750 with 63k miles on the clock and looks to be in very good condition. Its a pre cat Griffith which is also a bonus point but what does worry me is that the car has been through an Autolign inspection. That sort of inspection is popular when a car has been a write off, though the vendor doesn’t mention that, and probably won’t until you call them (if it has been written off that is – I don’t have anything to corroborate that). Either way it looks like a lovely car and while running it wouldn’t be cheap, it would be a lot of fun and could possibly end up being worth more than you paid, whats not to like?
