The Ford Fiesta XR2 perhaps isn’t the most iconic hatchback of its age but it’s one that I think can be pretty fantastic. I had one myself that someone had paid thousands to have the seats reupholstered in red leather while it was being recommissioned. Most people hated them (especially Ford people), but I loved them and thought it made the car special. This XR2 isn’t standard and that is a fantastic thing, and I would imagine it is most likely a fast little car too. It’s been converted to a Zetec engine with motorbike carburettors among a large list of other modifications. The owner has taken a lot of time and care to build this car and is honest about it not being immaculate, which a lot of buyers seem to expect sadly, but that it does get attention everywhere it goes.
