This may well be one of my favourite cars that I’ve ever found on the internet. I just cant help but think that this XJR-S is close to perfect. It is a special build model with unique features and is as near to new as you’re likely to find with one of these. This 6.0 car was first owned by Jaguar Cars Ltd from new, before being passed to the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust Collection in 1997. The car is finished in Brooklands Green with a Warm Charcoal interior that looks just perfect. The build sheet specifies many special features including no rear badges, automatic transmission (wish it was a manual!), Alpine audio equipment, 4 Ohms speakers, Anti-lock brakes, Unique TWR wheels, XJ40 gear knob colour keyed, air conditioning, limited slip diff, no front fog lights, headlamp power wash, no tread plate inserts, no coachlines, no grille, cruise control, high mounted stop lamp, driver airbag, Sapwood veneer, sport trim, black steering wheel and so much more. The absolute corker for this car is that it has only covered 7515 miles since new, which is absolutely crazy when you think about it, but it also means you couldn’t really drive it. Its listed as POA but if it wasn’t crazily price I would definitely consider taking it out for a nice drive a few times a year, the car is just too lovely not to.
