Gone are the days when Lancia would produce cars that had pedigree and desirability but we can still appreciate beauties like this Montecarlo, which is just lovely. It is a privately owned car so the person you would be buying it from should know all about it and help you to avoid some of the pitfalls that they have had to figure out. The vendor says that this is a rarer type of Beta Montecarlo which has a few of the features of the series one cars such as the two spoke steering wheel and better looking alloys.
The car comes with a large history and has recently had new tires and bushes, an MOT until mid 2018 and only 50,000 miles on the clock. The vendor describes the car as ‘very solid but generally untidy car’ which is somehow a little endearing. The car was originally white and the owner isn’t impressed with the quality of the current paintwork which doesn’t look professional, the owner planned to enjoy the car and then repaint it in its original colour. At just £10,000 ONO this really should be a case of ‘shut up and take my money’.
